Christopher Montgomery
CEO
With over 17 years of experience in the field, Christopher has a passion for construction that has been with him since he was young.
Christopher’s journey in the construction industry began when he graduated from Chicago Vocational, where he specialized in carpentry. He honed his skills in the field and quickly became an expert in his craft.
After a few years in construction, Christopher joined the US Coast Guard as an operations specialist. In this role, he mastered project and people management and communications, skills that would prove to be invaluable in his future endeavors.
During his 5 years in the Coast Guard, Christopher attained the rank of E-6 and felt ready to move on to the next phase of his life. He missed the construction industry and knew that his passion lay in building and creating structures.
Christopher returned to the construction industry, bringing with him his experience in project and people management, communication skills, and a dedication to excellence. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of projects, from small renovations to large-scale construction projects, and has earned a reputation for his attention to detail, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and volunteering in his community. He is committed to giving back and has been involved in several community-based initiatives over the years.
David Pino
Senior Business and Project Manager
A seasoned professional in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience and a decade of experience in construction project management.
David began his career as an electrician, honing his skills in the field and quickly advancing to more complex projects. His passion for construction drove him to pursue project management, where he excelled in managing large-scale construction projects with ease.
In addition to his successful career, David is committed to his spiritual journey and giving back to the community. He regularly volunteers on missionary trips to Mexico, where he trains the locals and teaches them entrepreneurial skills to help them build a better future for themselves and their families.
David’s dedication to service and his community is evident in everything he does. He is known for his exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. His clients trust him to deliver their projects on time, on budget, and to their exact specifications.
When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and giving back to his community. He is a devoted husband and brother, and his faith is the cornerstone of his life.
